LIVING WELL WITH DEMENTIA DISCOVER PERSON CENTERD CARE
Did you know that while there is no cure for Alzheimer’s disease there are treatments? Several Studies have suggested that person centered care is beneficial in treating Alzheimer’s disease with no adverse side effects.
Participants will:
· Enjoy enhanced understanding of Alzheimer’s and related dementias
· Learn Best Practices in person centered care
· Connect with a wide array of service providers
· Experience the value of arts programming.
