How to enter the contest: - Send us pictures of your clients engaged in a meaningful holiday activity along with a description of how it was adapted for them* or of a fun holiday event your organization has hosted.
- AFA will share our favorite examples on our Facebook page and the picture that receives the most likes will win a $1000 prize from AFA to use towards program innovation. Two runners-up will receive $500 and an AFA holiday care package that includes AFA snuggies, fleece jackets, and mugs!
Please submit pictures and descriptions to cleech@alzfdn.org ASAP up until December 31st. The prizes will be distributed in January.
