stimulating discussion "Thinking Outside the Box: Innovative Approaches to
Help People Live Fully with Dementia. " We are delighted that Gail
Sonnesso, MS, QDCS will share insights on her awesome GEM community-based
program for those living at home; and Maarten Fischer, MA will describe how
he brought his Green Care Farms initiative from the Netherlands to enhance
people's lives in Montana.
