Health Screenings on Hatteras

We are pleased to announce that the Nags Head Lions Club in collaboration
with the Fessenden Center and OBX Hospital Health Coach and GEM Day Services
are offering vision screenings, memory screenings and visits with the team
of the Health Coach.
There will also be information about the Community Care Clinic of Dare.
All of these screenings are at no cost, but registration is necessary to
ensure that we can accommodate everyone.
